兵庫県洲本市出身。元青森朝日放送アナウンサー。現サンテレビニュースキャスター。10歳の時に洲本市で震災を経験（一部損壊）。2004年の台風23号では実家が全壊した。青森朝日放送では、岩手・宮城内陸地震や東日本大震災の被災地を取材。2015年サンテレビに入社し、記者やディレクターを経てニュースキャスターとして阪神淡路大震災や防災の取材を担当している。防災士。

He joined Sun TV in 2015 and worked as a reporter and director before becoming a news anchor covering the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and disaster prevention. He is a disaster prevention expert.

６４３４人が亡くなった阪神淡路大震災から２７年。神戸にあるサンテレビは、神戸大学附属図書館震災文庫で、震災映像のデジタルアーカイブに取り組んでいる。２０２２年３月現在で、９９のサンテレビの動画が震災文庫で公開されていて、今後も少しずつ公開していく予定だ。事業の目的は、テレビ局が撮影した映像を震災研究や学生の防災学習に役立ててもらうためだ。しかし、映像を公開するには肖像権という壁が存在する。では、何を基準に協議し、映像を公開するかどうかを決めているのか？その過程や問題点、今後の展望について紹介する。

It has been 27 years since the great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake that left 6,434 people dead. Sun TV in Kobe has been working on digital archive project about earthquake disaster video at Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake Disaster Materials Collection of Kobe University. As of March 2022, 99 video of Sun TV are available on the internet and more videos are to be added little by little in the future. The aim of this project is to make the videos taken by TV stations serve as a tool for disaster research and for students to learn about disaster prevention. However, there is a barrier to releasing the footage: portrait rights. So, what are the criteria used to discuss and decide whether or not to release the footage? I will introduce the process, problems, and future prospects.
